Jessica Kupres, RN, BSN, CLC, is a Registered Nurse and Community Health Program Specialist who has spent more than 24 years helping individuals and families navigate health challenges and major life transitions. In her current role with Corewell Health Zeeland Hospital, she focuses on community health education, including Mental Health First Aid, QPR suicide prevention, and nicotine cessation.
Jessica’s connection to Momentum Center began several years before joining the Board of Directors. Through her work, she has had the opportunity to teach QPR suicide prevention, Adult Mental Health First Aid, and Quit For Life classes at Momentum Center. Those experiences gave her the chance to see firsthand what makes the Center so special—the sense of connection, acceptance, and belonging it creates for people in the community. Jessica believes everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, and she is excited to continue supporting that work in her new role on the board. She looks forward to sharing her healthcare and community education experience while also learning from the people who make Momentum Center what it is.
