Aromatherapy - Bring Your Own Lunch & LEARN! Monday, February 23rd - Noon-1p
Long Michigan Winters with little sunshine can bring on the winter blues. There are certain essential oils, that wind smelled, go to the emotional center of the brain and can lift your blues into joy. Bring your lunch and learn how you can boost your mood with Allie Phillips who has been teaching about essential oils for 13 years.
Auricular Acupuncture - Third Tuesday of each month
Auricular acupuncture uses gentle stimulation of points on the ear—often with fine needles or ear seeds—to support relaxation, pain relief, and emotional balance. It’s a calming, non-invasive way to help the body restore and heal. You will lie quietly in a group setting for 35-45 minutes, allowing the treatment to take effect. Sponsored by Child Advocacy Center of Ottawa County.
Dimensions of Wellness - Second Thursday of each month
Dimensions of Wellness becomes a playful, hands‑on exploration of how your emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well‑being weave together, inviting you to notice what feels nourished and what’s ready to grow. Through creative prompts and gentle self‑reflection, you get to map your own balance, discovering small shifts that bring your whole self into greater harmony.
Offerings This Month
Play for Wellness - Second Tuesday of each month
Explore how playful activities can boost emotional, physical, and social well-being. This fun, low-pressure class encourages joy, connection, and stress relief—no special skills needed, just a willingness to play and be present.
Self Care & Healing - See calendar for dates
An evening of self‑care and healing becomes a gentle pause from the noise of daily life, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm. It’s a space designed for restorative practices that nourish your body, soothe your mind, and help you return to yourself with a little more softness and clarity.
Kundilini Yoga & Sound Bath
Kundalini Yoga blends breathwork, movement, and mantra to awaken the body’s inner energy and create a sense of elevated awareness. A sound bath uses resonant instruments like gongs or bowls to wash the mind in soothing vibration, guiding you into deep relaxation and emotional release.
Community Drum Circle
Join us for a welcoming drum circle open to all levels of experience. Together we’ll explore rhythm as a way to connect, release stress, and support mental well-being. No prior drumming skills are needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to share in the beat. If you have a drum, bring it along; if not, come as you are and join the circle. This is a space for community, healing, and joy through rhythm.
