Momentum Center Float
PURPOSE OF POSITION: The primary function of this position is to assist the Momentum Center leadership team in carrying out day-to-day operations and provide appropriate program supervision.
HOURS: This is a float position with a fluctuating schedule based on weekly need. This is not a part-time or full-time position. There is no minimum number of hours guaranteed for this position; there is a maximum of 20 hours per week.
COMPENSATION: Starting at $15/hour.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: You’ll play a key role greeting people at the front desk and operating behind the scenes, supporting powerful programs like Cultural Immersion Experience and Community Conversations that build a more connected, inclusive, and just society.
HOURS: 40-50 hours/week
COMPENSATION: Starting at $35,000/year with health insurance, PTO, Simple IRA match, Employee Assistance Program.
